Job Title: Assistant Manager/Engineer
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Assist in organizing and coordinating resources, both manpower and materials to ensure targets are met.
- Ensure strict adherence to production standards.
- Ensure compliance to health and safety regulations.
- Complete periodic operational reviews and reports.
- Minimize downtime and productivity waste.
- Responsible for the delivery of overall operational targets.
- Maintain and create highly-structured processes and systems with a data-driven approach
- Create and maintain detailed manuals that document all relevant parts of the company’s operating model.
- Demonstrate achievement of results e.g. business improvements, cost savings, revenue generation.
- Drive Business Continuity initiatives
- Holding periodic meetings with the sales team and working on market feedback.
- Overseeing stock, Inventory and supply chain of products.
- Monitoring of products’ standards, implementation of quality standards, and also liaise with sales department to ensure total quality management system.
- Proactively proposes improvement plans where gaps are noticed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any other related discipline. (HSE certification is an added advantage)
- Min of 7 years full-time work experience as an Assitant Manager/Engineer. (Experience in the polyurethane foam manufacturing industry is a MUST)
- Experience managing operations, including detailed budgeting and reporting, in a Foam manufacturing Industry.
- Good knowledge of flow dynamics, safety regulations, specifications, standards and factory ordinances.
- Mu must have experience in the operation of continuous line for the production of Sandwich Panel.
Job Title: Female Personal Assistant
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Perform Legal research and gather information in an organized manner.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal teamThis includes organizing schedules, arranging meetings, and setting up travel arrangements.
- Write concise legal reports on business and administrative operations so that all involved parties can understand them.
- Assist primarily the Executive Director with organizational, financial and personal administration on a daily basis
- Be friendly and personable while managing heavy communications and calendar scheduling (requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, clients, co-workers and the general public) to coordinate various complex meetings
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Lead short-term projects and initiatives as requested by the Executive Director
- Respect the need for confidentiality and sensitivity of information
- Have a proven ability to exercise good judgment in recognizing the scope of authority
- Assist the Executive Director with all other related assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s of Law
- Must be Female.
- Min of 5 years’ experience as Personal Assistant
- Must be Proficient in Speaking English.
- Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements.
Job Title: Production Manager (Rigid/Flexible Foam Manufacturing)
Location: Lagos
Section: Manufacturing
Key Objectives of the Job
- Responsible for liaising with other managers to formulate and understand requirements. Estimating cost and preparing budgets and organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadline.
Internal Working Relations:
- All Project’s Functions, Central Procurement, Operations and Factories External Working Relations: Customers, Consultants, Developers, Suppliers and Sub Contractors.
Job Description
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc
- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Enforce health and safety precautions.
- Report to upper management
- To ensure the correctness of all the data fed by the store keeper into the computer on site. Overall
- Responsible to oversee the timely dispatch of data to Construction and Head Office
- To double check correct physical inventory of the material on monthly/quarterly basis
Qualifications

- Min of 10 years full-time work experience as an operations manager. (Experience in the polyurethane foam manufacturing industry is a MUST)
- Experience managing operations, including detailed budgeting and reporting, in a Foam manufacturing Industry.
- Good knowledge of flow dynamics, safety regulations, specifications, standards and factory ordinances.
- Must have experience in the operation of continuous line for the production of SANDWICH PANEL.
Salary Range
$1500 – $2,000 Monthly.
