Job Title: Agency Manager
Location: Lagos (Agege, Abule Egba, Ogba, Ojodu Berger, Ilupeju, Maryland, Lekki Ajah axis and its environs)
Operational Responsibilities
- Assist the Head, Marketing Department in maximizing sales and profits by meeting and exceeding sales targets and budgets while minimizing shrink.
- Supervise Administration of the firm’s Agency department.
- Execute and Manage Real Estate Marketing, sales and letting operations, responsible for selling real estate units
- Sourcing properties for sale
- Sourcing properties for lease
- Respond to customer’s property request as soon as possible
- Manage existing clients (Vendors and Buyers)
- Co-ordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Co-ordinate and execute the closing of available property for sale and lease
- Ensure all confirmed clients have updated file documents in their files and make sure all files are to date.
- Introduce new opportunities projects
- Drive team to achieving high performance
- Ability to close sale deal by co-ordinating requirement; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operation.
- Advise & contribute on all marketing strategy to sell/lease properties in the company’s mandates.
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy to sell/lease properties in the company’s mandates
- Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles.
- Arranging advertisements to promote the property.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements closing statements, deeds and leases.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Raise team of Freelance agents
- Build a network of agents and co-ordinate and develop a robust relationship with them for company by organizing quarterly meetings with them
- Protects the company’s value by keeping information confidential
- Independently respond to letters and general correspondence of a routine nature
- Handle all inquiries within capacity Confidentiality
- Perform to earn Management’s full confidence
- Assure discreet handling of all business
- Keep business documents confidential.
Requirements
- B.Sc in a related course
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a sales manager in a reputable property firm
- Knowledge of purchase process.
- 3 years experience in real estate market with verifiable achievements.
- Candidates must be commission focused person
- Must be vast in strategizing.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Confident and dynamic personality.
- Strong creative outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Duties
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Coordinating team members to attending conferences, meetings, and industry events, in order to advertise our services,
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Developing sales goals for the team in line with company’s policy and ensuring they are met
- Helping team members develop their sales skills.
Requirements of the Role
