Job Title: Waitress

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The waitress will provide customers with stellar dining experience from the food to the environment; they will greet customers, recommend particular dishes, take and bring customers orders.
  • Waitress check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take necessary action to correct any problems.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Take customers’ orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
  • Facilitate the filling of drinks orders.
  • Suggest additional menu items such as desserts and drinks to customers.
  • Answering questions and additional information
  • Delivery of checks and collects bill payment.
  • Clear plates and utensils as dishes and entrees are finished.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guest.

Requirements

  • OND in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a restaurant
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of culinary terminology
  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Capable of working well under pressure.

 

Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing sales staff and coordinating several sales activities, will supervise and motivate the sales team, and implement appropriate strategies to improve sales.
  • The sales supervisor will coordinate daily sales activities, and assist customers and staff during business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales activities aimed at increasing sales.
  • Organize and coordinate activities of sales representatives.
  • Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals.
  • Implement strategies to sell products.
  • Retain existing customers by providing excellent and prompt customer services.
  • Feedback to the management on competitors, activities, market situations and customer’s complaint.
  • Resolves customer’s complaints questions and issues.

Job Summary

  • The sale assistant will play a key role in providing stellar customer service experiences on a daily basis
  • He/she must be organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable our products with an engaging, upbeat personality.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and assisting them with any queries.
  • Ensuring the store’s stock is constantly replenished.
  • Helping other staff with deliveries.
  • Keeping up to date with the features and benefits of each product.
  • Managing customer transactions.
  • Helping to persuade customers to make a purchase.

Job Title: Catering Coordinator

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Catering Coordinator supervises the catering crew and work closely with other staff, such as chefs and event planners.
  • The catering coordinator guides guests throughout their catering experience with a complete understanding of the catering menu and drink offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to catering inquiries quickly and provide information about our services
  • Help guests select food and beverages by recommending your genuine preferences and consulting with the Executive Chef
  • Take catering orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products if needed
  • Write banquet event orders, book calendars, and inform Executive Chef and restaurant prep teams
  • Work as a team with the restaurant to ensure proper staffing and communicate needs
  • Handle guest concerns with a positive attitude and sense of urgency
  • Issue bills and handle different methods of payment, keep logs of deposits and redemption
  • Actively participate in catered events to ensure their success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field
  • Minimum of 5 years previous work experience in a restaurant or confectionery
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer care service; ability to access customers needs and provide a positive customer experience
