Job Title: Administrative Officer (Facility Management)
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Manage all office locations maintenance request.
- Plan and supervise new office location setup.
- Manage all offices and flats locations HSE and Security Services.
- Handle first level negotiations with facility maintenance vendors and ensure timely payment.
- Office service assistants management.
- Raise facility related office purchases and obtain approval.
- Manage lease schedule for offices and flats.
- Perform any other task(s) as assigned.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years work experience in Administrative and Facility Management.
- Experience in managing other Admin functions, Fleet Management and Procurement would be an advantage.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Time and self-management skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Title: Brand Store Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Managing Single store.
- Ensure proper cash management, daily sales, daily collection and daily reconciliation.
- Inventory and Product management .
- Ensure Sales target, Profitability and Business ROI of store.
- Supervise and manage store promoters as well as other staff assigned.
- Ensure Maintenance and Security of the Brand store.
- Ensure Business Development opportunities for the Brand store.
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
- Perform any other task(s) as assigned.Management of inventories and stock levels.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years work experience in Consumer Electronics.
- Extensive knowledge of customer service strategies.

- Management Proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
