About the Job
- This position falls under the direct management of ACTED’s CCCM Team Leader and CCCM Program Manager
- ACTED’s CCCM Mobilizer will play an integral part of the camp management team of ensuring that all inhabitants of the camp are living a safe, secured and dignified life. This will require constant interaction with the camp community, coordination, monitoring and understanding the protection risks and challenges faced in the camp.
- The CCCM Mobilizer will assist the CCCM officers/CCCM Database assistant in camp activities such as camp committee creation, surveys and assessments, assisting in data collection, leading outreach campaigns.
Core Functions / Responsibilities
Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
- The Community Mobilizer Assistant is primarily responsible for community mobilization, Communication with Communities and support to community governance activities under direct supervision of the CCCM Team Leader and indirect supervision of the CCCM PM and the Protection officer.
- This includes but it is not limited to conduct information campaigns, implement complaints and feedback mechanism in the site, ensure that vulnerable groups and people with specific needs are represented and participate in CCCM activities and build capacity of the Camp Committee Members in community governance and community mobilization, to ensure that they can effectively participate to the camp life, passing information to the camp population, advocate for the needs of the their own community and influence humanitarian assistance delivery.
- Create, follow-up, strengthen and monitor Camp Committees (including management committee) and provide SOPs/TORs/Forms and tools at site level ensuring transparency, participation, inclusion and agreement of all the stakeholders.
- Strengthening daily the coordination and relationship-building with community leadership groups and community members on a formal and informal basis
- Conducting regular meetings with committee members and ensuring community participation in coordination meetings through community mobilization activities
- Managing of the CRM information desk / box activities in the site, including collection and review of complaints forms, referral to responsible agencies with support of
- Monitoring of service provision by partners at site level in close cooperation with the communities, partners and stakeholders
- Timely reporting any gaps and/or duplication in service delivery and communities needs emerged during daily activities
- Timely reporting any risk of evictions identified daily activities to the line manager
- Database Assistant, timely reporting of sensitive complaints to line manager and regular submission of all data collection forms to Database Assistant for data entry and analysis
- Supporting improvement of information management systems in the site in collaboration with the database assistant including: identification of information gaps, design/review of tools, databases and reports, data collection oversight
- Cooperating in data collection for service delivery or other purposes as needed
- Assist in creating ACTED SOPs for Complaints Response Mechanism and ensuring to comply to document during daily activities
- Update public information boards with site management and partner information. Ensure that the information on the boards are accessible to everybody, include not literate population
- Organize outreach activities for information gathering and sharing beyond information desk in coordination with the PM and the Team Leader, particularly for the benefit of residents with less mobility
- Support training camp committees, partner agencies and site team on CCCM and CCCM related topics, as requested by the line manager with a strong focus on enhancing capacity of camp committees through coaching

Core Functions / Responsibilities
Establishment and Management of the Feedback Mechanism for all ACTED Humanitarian Projects:
- Handling of the CRM phone lines
- Receive complaints and feedback via the CRM toll free line.
- Respond to enquiries from program beneficiaries
- Refer program specific complaints to CRM focal points.
- Build staff awareness and commitment to a complaints mechanism, ensuring that all SOPs and ACTED core policies are respected.
- Ensure regular maintenance of complaints and feedback database/information System and ensure information is shared on a regular basis
Management of the Hotline System:
- Address the queries of callers using setup hotline while respecting ethical and professional behavior in accordance with the ACTED standard operating procedures and HAP guidelines.
- Lodge all feedback, complaints and response in the CRM database
- Support to ensure complaints are closed within the appropriate timeframe
- Ensure CRM database is forwarded to the CRM officer on monthly basis and important complaints on toll free line reported immediately
- Ensure confidentiality of complaint data is respected
- Provide accurate information related to the subject callers matter and other related Ongoing activities.
- Ensure accurate recording of all the data related to the callers in the hotline data base and understand Action Against Hunger programs/projects
Objective 3: Reporting and Referrals:
- Submit internal, and accurate reports to the concerned programs/projects. The reports will be submitted weekly, or daily according to the urgency of the call; include monthly recommendations, if needed, to projects/programs and program managers as received.
- Accurately refer cases internally within the departments of the ACTED – with the support of the CRM OFFICER- following the standard operating procedures set for the referral system within the base
- Follow-up and receive weekly feedback, and case status progress related to the internal cases referred to the programs/projects. Ensure all documents and actions taken are documented, and feedback is given back to the caller.

- CRM officer: Technical hierarchical relationship – exchange of information, collaboration, coordination

Job Title: CCCM Monitor

About the Job
- This position falls under the direct management of ACTED’s CCCM Team Leader and CCCM Program Manager
- ACTED’s CCCM Monitor will play an integral part of the camp management team of ensuring that all inhabitants of the camp are living a safe, secured and dignified life. Under the Direct line Supervision of the CCCM Team Leader, the CCCM CAMP MONITOR is responsible for the collecting of quantitative, Qualitative and Spatial Data using Kobo and other tools.
- He/She will facilitate focus groups discussions and key informant interviews and conduct HH, Individuals, and Community level questionnaires in order to feed the CCCM department Database at every stage of the Project.
Core Functions / Responsibilities
Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
- Any other tasks needed to support CCCM team members, to inform CCCM activities and to ensure the success of the ACTED CCCM objectives.
- Reporting to supervision made by the database assistant, by participate in monitoring/ assessment/ tracking/ reporting tools design but also to the global IM and sharing processes implemented by ACTED.
- Responsible for conducting interview and collect data from respondents at the household, individual and community level using Kobo on smartphones.
- Responsible for ensuring that respondents are accurately targeted in accordance with direction given by supervisors, and that data meets minimum quality standards.
- Responsible for identifying and organizing respondents for focus group discussion, facilitating or co-facilitating the discussion and recording results.
- The Monitor will be responsible of feeding camp site mapping and to provide updated information on services, facilities, population through GPS location.
- Responsible for registration at the Reception Centre, liaise and meet with Assessment Agencies and partners for data sharing purpose/harmonization of processes

- Ability and Willingness to follow instructions.
