The roles of this position include:
- Ensuring the achieving of sales values and products target of his/her respective region and territory.
- Ensuring proper implementation of marketing activities such as focus group meetings, clinical meeting and presentations, Lab Forums, Distributor’s Forum and any other scientific based presentations to all Hcp’s.
- Identifying business opportunities in the market place.
Qualifications
- B. Pharm., BSc or HND in Medical Sciences
- Experience: 1 year and above in pharmaceutical industry.
Job Title: Business Manager – North-East
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- The responsibility of the Business Manager is to develop the sales and capital budget for the region; Implement policies, processes and incentive systems that will drive optimum performance among the sales team within the region.
- Must organize the sales force towards the achievement of the region sales targets and objectives through the medical/sales reps.
- The Business Manager will control, monitor, supervise and work with the medical/sales reps to achieve set targets, liaise with the Marketing department through the NBM execute marketing programs for the region.
Requirements
- Education Qualification: B.Pharm, B.Sc or HND in Medical Sciences
- Experience: 5 years and above in pharmaceutical industry
