Job Title: QA/QC Engineer
Location: Rivers
Responsibilities
- Review the quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications and collaborate with relevant department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials.
- Ensure employees adhere to all quality standards and ensure compliance to the requirements of the quality manual.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the integrity of all systems.
- Evaluates the qualifications of Welders and Non-Destructive Test (NDT) technicians with regard to the activities assigned.
- Identify and manage Quality related risks that may impact the Technical Integrity of all projects.
- Supports and participates in all internal/external audits.
- Coordinates the relevant Tracking Systems for correct identification of materials.
- Supervises equipment calibration management activities.
- Supports the Welding & Non-Destructive Test (NDT) qualification activities.
- Works alongside the Project Engineer to analyze and close out on non-conformities.
- Manage lifting of all equipment and handle efficient storage of all hazardous materials and perform quality audits as per required schedule.
- Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards.
- Review of supplier quality plans against contract requirements.
- Assist in the review of vendor’s inspection procedures and personnel qualifications.

Qualifications
- Degree in any Engineering discipline and relevant professional certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC with at least 3 years’ experience in both offshore and onshore facilities.
- Experience in welding and other NDT methods.
- Experience in developing and reviewing project quality plans, contract documents and project specifications
- Coordinate Test Pack preparation and Final Handover documentation activities to ensure smooth handover.
- Conduct and organize QMS Internal/External audit and ensure close out of all Inspection and Audit Non- Conformities.
Job Title: Senior Equipment Operator
Location: Rivers
Responsibilities
- Works alongside the Supervisor to ensure that set targets are achieved as it relates to projects.
- Assist the Supervisor in developing work schedules for operators and carry out daily routine and non-routine operations with the Operators in line with HSE considerations to prevent HSE incidents and accidents.
- Ensure that defects as observed are reported and maintenance effectively followed up by carrying out safety checks during the performance of maintenance activities in order to prevent unsafe acts and conditions.
- Carry out proactive monitoring of the process conditions and ensure that the operating parameters are kept within the limits specified by industry standards as well as the company guidelines.
- Prepare equipment for maintenance in accordance with appropriate procedures and maintain communication with the Supervisor to enhance proper permits to work documentation preparation.
- Acknowledge the signed job completion certificates/permit and monitors the satisfactory completion of the job to ensure safe recommissioning of equipment back to service.
- Assist the Supervisor in the training and development of Operators to enhance improvement in their overall performance on the job.

Job Title: Equipment Operator (Crane, Coil Tubing, Slickline)
Location: Rivers
Job Description
- Drive and control the applicable equipment.
- Provide support for the successful completion of projects.
- Operate the equipment in the right direction and angles to prevent accidents.
- Perform periodic safety, maintenance or servicing checks to ensure proper functioning of the equipment.
- Operate the equipment manually and also through the use of electronic or technical modes of operation.
- Maintain a database to record daily activities.
- Work alongside the truck drivers in checking the engine and other components in order to ensure that all processes are duly followed.
- Providing general support and assistance in both technical and non-technical areas pertaining to job execution.
- Provides assistance in equipment clean up and post-job equipment maintenance.
- Attending pre-job planning meetings in preparation for job mobilization and post-job meetings, reviewing critical steps and procedure.

Job Title: Supervisor Trainee (Cementing/Pumping, Coil Tubing and Slickline)
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Supervisor in charge to ensure that all work procedures relating to all projects are fully complied with.
- Ensure that all equipment and connections are serviced and fit for purpose before and after the job.
- Conduct pre-trip and post trip checks on the equipment.
- Ensure that all data capturing and monitoring devices are functional and accurate before the job.
- Ensure all safety gears and lifting certificates are dated and filed.
- Ensure job pack files with all details are in place.
- Ensure good mobilization plan, spotting and rig up plan.
- Ensure permit to work (PTW) are filed and signed before the job and are closed out after expiration of job.
- Ensure daily operation meetings attendance and feedback to base are well captured on site.
- Ensure reporting of observation cards by every member of the team and ensure concerned items are closed out.
- Conduct JSA and document same prior to job execution at the rig site.
- Ensure monthly equipment log, personnel log duly signed by company rep, chats, inventory and other paper work are remitted to base.

Responsibilities
- Discuss each specific job assignment’s preliminary requirements and customers’ operating requirements with Supervisor.
- Run gauges and associated downhole tools to measure and record well parameters at well-site following the standard safety procedures.
- Provides advice to support running or pulling of sub-surface devices, to assure the operators that the tubing is unobstructed down to required work depth.
- Participates actively in quality improvement efforts with respect to slick-line operators.
- Liaise with team members and Supervisor on the required equipment, tools and consumables (downhole etc.) for specific assignments.

- Supervise and provide direction for the Slickline crew.
- Provides advice as it relates to servicing mechanical devices, building cable heads and tool maintenance.
- Performs necessary operational duties at the well-site and at the base including rigging up and down of Slickline equipment for job specific purposes.
- Develop hoisting skills in different situations such as phishing operation, BHP survey operations, testing operations, vertical tool make up and deviated wells.

- Provides information on resource requirements for all well services operations to facilitate project budgeting and funding.
- Ensures timely reporting from crews on daily materials/resources utilization to ensure efficiency and optimization in the use of resources.
- Deliver continuous performance improvement by efficient management of site resources and use of best practices in project delivery.
- Ensure that all activities by site personnel are coordinated and in compliance with permit to work.
- Ensure that lessons learnt are captured and shared effectively with on and offsite teams.

Qualifications
- First Degree in any Engineering discipline and professional certification required.
- Minimum of 15 years relevant work experience with 10 years spent in a managerial role.
