Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Execution of tasks in accordance with office procedures.
- Procurement of office supplies and disbursement to various work units.
- Minute taking during meetings and the subsequent transcription and recording of it.
- Preparation of meeting agenda.
- Dissemination of information to his/her co-workers.
- Database maintenance including mailing, inventory, etc.
- Appropriate filing, sorting, and compilation of the company’s records.
- Handling correspondences of within and outside the organization.
- Oversee the execution of banking transactions.
- Organization of travel arrangements for members of staff and all other logistical needs.
- Receiving, review, and forwarding of correspondence.
- Oversee the scheduling of meetings for his/her superiors
Person Specification
- Must be Computer literate and have experience with MS Office applications eg. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
