Job Title: Retail Sales and Training Manager

Job Description
- We are looking for a talented and experience Retail Sales and Training Manager to lead Retail Stores Sales and Premium Training.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a TEAM that is aligned with the Company’s values and vision
- Drive sales and operations according to the organization standard
- Analyze reports to maximize back end operations and sales efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain Outlet ReadinessIdentify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.
- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs. Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
- Effectively manage the training budget.
- Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
- Responsible for inventory cycle counts, ensure they are executed in a timely and accurate manner throughout the year
- Inventory Control Policy and Procedures. Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.
- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
- Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
- Effectively manage the training budget.

Requirements
- Experience managing, developing and motivating a Team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven Sales experience
- 2-5 years Managerial experience preferably in a luxurious /premium retail outlet
- Proven ability to use sound judgment and decision making
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and recognize the root cause
- Proven ability to set clear goals and expectations
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and utilize communication tools appropriately
- Proven ability to exceed customer satisfaction
- Proven ability to manage and develop talent
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to use critical thinking.
Job Title: Creative Director
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for a talented and motivated Creative Director to lead the company’s creative department. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize the talents of their team.
Responsibilities
- Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
- Coordinate the photoshoot processes and develop project plans.
- Manages Visuals and video editing.
- Develop scripts for visual creation, manage and coordinate Graphic designs sessions
- Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
- Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.
- Supervise the department’s daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
- Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet organization requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Journalism and other relevant fields.
- A minimum of 8 years’ digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social and emerging technologies.
- A solid understanding of graphic design, visuals, photography, copy and web practices.
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
- Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
- Preferable work experience in an advertising agency firm.
