We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Chef
Location: Lagos
Duration: One (1) Month
Job Description
- We currently seek to hire a Chef who will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of Chinese cuisine.
Qualification
- 1-3 years experience as a Chef with specialty in Asian (particularly Chinese) Cuisine.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Dedicated to food quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Solid knowledge of proper food handling and good hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan menus according to employers’ needs and diet restrictions.
- Supervise the Kitchen Assistant in shopping for kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Prepare meals on time and ensure prompt delivery
- Ensure all food preparation meets standards
- Ensure Stocking and cleaning of kitchen and cooking utensils.
- Ensure safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen are observed
