Job Summary & Purpose
- We are looking for a technically savvy individual with a product mindset to help us continue to grow and launch new features and services.
Requirements
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical aptitude, demonstrated by proficiency in some technical skill (preferably related to web content/programming or data analysis).
- Understand customer needs and gather product requirements to improve engagement.
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
- The ability to balance customer needs against the company’s vision.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Superb oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational/project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Work with the product design team to understand product feasibility and limitations.
- Work with Product Managers in promoting products to improve sales and revenue.
- Work with Technical writers on end-user and system documentation, review documentation.
- Assist in the deployment of new products and analyze changes on incremental enhancements for existing products.
- Participates in test planning and performs acceptance on completed use cases during development cycle.
- Work with the quality assurance team to ensure that delivered system is properly tested and meets the product requirements.
