Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job Description
- Function in an active & influential business advisory rota with management in order to drive business results as it affects human resources.
- Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay-surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations, preparing pay budgets; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions,
- Maintain human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, end appraising job performance
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource Federal & State requirements.
Qualification / Experience
- Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role.
- Must have B.Sc in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology, MSc in HR or relevant certification is a plus. Professional certification In HR (such as CIPM, CIPO, SHRM) is an added advantage.
- Must have a minimum of 10- 15 years of HR-related experience.
- Must have In-depth knowledge about the operational needs at the Business; Business-driven with strong financial acumen.
- Must have a good knowledge of Human Resource Business Manuals, organizational development, talent management, performance management, workforce planning,
- retention strategies etc.
Job Title: Media Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job Description
- Identify press opportunities through evolving issues,
- Develop content for dissemination via press releases, social media, website and Other distribution channels
- Ensure that key messages align with vital business strategies
- Serve as the organization media liaison and format spokesperson.
- Conduct press conferences and briefings.
- Scan the media marketplace to keep up-to-date on the latest media trends.
- Monitor online and offline campaigns, and report on results.
- Negotiate with media channels to done competitive deals
- Build and manage the organization’s social media profile and presence.
- Promote additional projects to support new product launches.
- Build a long-term relationship with media influencers
- Appropriately manage the organization’s media budget.
