Job Title: Head of Finance & Treasury

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation of the company’s Budget, Forecasts and cash flows
- Prompt preparation of management accounts with detail analysis to the board
- General ledger management and maintenance of accounts processes including proof of accounts
- Cash flow and liquidity management
- Regulatory relations and compliance
- Provision of accurate and reliable financial statements from time to time.
Qualifications & Job Attributes
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role
- Professional qualification in Accounting (ACA, ACCA), Microfinance certification or Master’s degree in related field will be added advantage.
- Minimum of first Degree (B.Sc / HND) in Accounting or any Business related field
Job Title: Microloan Officer
Location: Lagos

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Marketing and promotion of the bank’s products and services
- New business generation and growth in terms of recruitment of new clients (individuals), loan disbursements/building healthy loan portfolio and deposit mobilisation
- Supervise loan packaging, appraisals and processing.
Qualifications & Job Attributes
- Minimum of first Degree (B.Sc / HND) in discipline
- Minimum of one (1) year working experience
- Customer service focused and assertive.
Job Title: Head, Business Development (SME)
Location: Lagos
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Sourcing of market information to develop innovative financial products
- New business generation and growth in terms of accounts opened (SMEs), loan disbursements and deposits mobilisation
- Ensure close monitoring of credit relationships for timely repayment and loan recoveries
Qualifications & Job Attributes
- Minimum first Degree (B.Sc / HND) in any discipline
- Minimum of 5 years working experience
- Microfinance certification or Master’s degree in related field will be added advantage.
Job Title: Head of Operations
Location: Lagos
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Manages Branch Operations
- Monitors performance of all branch/operation staff to ensure compliance with the institution’s policies and procedure
- Monitors customer’s transactions and preparation of regular monthly reconciliation.
Qualifications & Job Attributes
- Minimum of first Degree (B.Sc / HND) in any Business related field
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role
