Job Description
- We’re looking for a Talented Growth Marketing Associate with a proven track record in growth, partnerships and business development to join our team.
- If you have confidence in your ability to execute a great plan, then join us on our exciting journey! We are looking for an A-List rockstar who loves growing business, talking to customers and solving their problems, growth hacking, comfortable in direct sales as well as online sales or marketing etc. Hands-on and managing a team or channel.
Responsibilities
- A/B test ideas
- Analyze the data and users’ feedback
- Work with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral – Revenue)
- Prioritize growth channels
- Scale and automate the growth processes
- Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth.
- Exchange ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, marketing, top management) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric
- Understand conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks to any businesses.
- Working on a lean startup process.
Your profile
- Solid experience in B2B sales in the US/NG- preferably with SaaS, software or marketing services
- Entrepreneurial mindset and likes to push
- Excellent selling and pitching skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Highly pro-active and result oriented work style and you like to work independently
- Extensive knowledge of social media & influencer marketing
- Strong working knowledge of CRM, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
