Job Description
- Our client is in need of a female business development officer who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase company sales and profits.
Minimum Qualification
- B.Sc in a relevant field from a recognized university.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in real estate or finance industry
- Possess industry knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Not more than 35years of age as at December 2020.
- Ability to close deals and lead the team
- Proven Relationship Management skills
- Proven Sales, Negotiation & Influencing skills
- Leadership Skill.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase company sales and profits.
- Coordinate the business development and marketing activities of the company
- Represent the interest of the company in business transactions.
- Generate mortgage businesses on behalf of the company.
- Establish new businesses that will grow the company.
- To facilitate sales of properties.
- To supervise, train subordinates to effectively work as a team in order to get tasks done for the sole purpose of achieving general goals.
- Render all required reports to Supervisor
- Render advisory services on mortgage-related businesses.
- Other activities, as may be required by the company.
