Job Description
- Our organization is aiming to acquire Business Manager to lead and supervise the work of our staff and partners.
Requirements
- First Degree in Business, Business Management or any other related disciplines.
- 3 years’ experience in a management position.
- Good analytical thinking and business insight.
- Good presentation skills.
- Have good time management skills.
- Possess basic math skills as well as understanding of basic financial concepts.
- Possess quality leadership abilities.
- Have good and excellent verbal and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge about business regulations and policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- See to assessing as well as identifying new opportunities for growth in current as well as prospective markets.
- Try and establish the organization’s objectives and goals.
- Development of comprehensive budget for the organization
- Performing periodic budget analyses.
- Making sure that all our organization’s activities adhere to legal policies and guidelines.
- Periodically assessing overall performance of the organization.
- Will need to assist to recruit and train new staff.
- Determining area of improvement of staff after regular evaluations.
- Assist in designing business strategies to meet the organization’s goals.
- Ensuring the organization has enough resources in terms of personnel, equipment and material.
