Job Description
- Read scripts and storylines to understand animation requirements
- Prepare presentations with raw designs to customers
- Develop storyboards for the different stages of production
- Conceptualizing creative ways to convey abstract concept, idea and story
- Using cutting-edge technology to animate a wide variety of humanoid characters, realistic creatures and reactive environments
- Working and liaising collaboratively with other design and production staff to ensure consistency and accuracy of animated designs
- Working creatively to produce original and aesthetic designs and solutions
- Join images with background graphics and special effects
- Ensure synchronization of frames and audio
- Collaborate with production crew (designers, directors etc.)
- Researching various design techniques to provide accurate designs for requested animation
Person Specification
- First Degree from a reputable institution
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Motion Designer/Animator preferably in the tech industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Technical expertise with industry-standard tools to create production design works such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Adobe Edge Animate, Adobe illustrator, et al
- Proven ability to draw across different types of artistic styles
- Significant attention to detail and patience to work carefully and efficiently
- Proven expertise of 2D/3D, stop motion and computer-generated animation
- Project Management expertise
- Working knowledge of UI/UX design
- A creative storyteller with presentation abilities.
Job Title: Team Lead, Telemedicine GP
Location: Lagos
Industry: Technology
Job Description
- Build and maintain practice guidelines for telemedicine team and institutional healthcare providers
- Ensure that all in-house and external healthcare providers are following the established guidelines and NMA standard of care
- Manage medical tech and content projects while contributing to the product design and development
- Manage the telemedicine app and website across platforms by collaborating with the engineering unit
- Develop and manage relationship with business partners, institutional clients and agents and other stakeholders
- Identify and advise on complementary products for strategic relationships
- Report periodically (monthly, quarterly and annual) on product performance and make data-driven predictions
- Research and report on potential strategic relationships that may aid business development
- Work with in-house marketers to create and execute branding and marketing plan
- Conduct extensive market research and establish the best way to reach target groups
- Keep up to date with the industry’s latest developments, trends, competitors, and promotional opportunities.
- Maintain a research database on competitive products
- Set and execute sales strategies with the help of the sales team
Requirements
- A degree in Medicine with a valid medical license
- Tech and social media savvy
- Proven leadership ability and exceptional communication skill (virtual and in-person)
- Minimum of 5 years medical practice (preferably as a Telemedicine General Practitioner) with proof leading a team
- Exceptional analytical skill with problem-solving ability
- Compassionate nature with the ability to make patients feel at ease.
- Project management and Product management skills.
