  • We are currently looking for Social Media Intern to join our growing team.
  • The ideal applicant will possess strong knowledge of various social media sites and will be responsible for contributing to designs, monitoring and posting on our social media networks.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor analytics with social media team to identify viable ideas
  • Create engaging blog and social media content
  • Assist with streamlining company social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media platforms), ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities.
  • Increase the number of followers we have on Twitter and Instagram by following and engaging with potential clients and candidates.
  • Monitoring and replying to Tweets and DMs from candidates and clients (under supervision from a Director)
  • Posting contents, images and Tweets, on a daily basis (both job- and industry-related); and using tools like Tweet Deck to plan forward-looking Tweets over weekends and holidays (under supervision from a Director)
  • Posting updates to the Company LinkedIn account (initially under supervision from a Director)
  • Understanding and monitoring social media analytics
  • Coordinating and Distributing Content
  • Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis for company brands
  • Track key social media analytics on a monthly basis, including Google Analytics, LinkedIn company stats, etc.

Minimum Requirements

  • Qualification: B.Sc / HND

Job Summary

  • We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to the MD/CEO to provide strategic assistance in the management of his day to day activities and also serve as a point of contact between the MD and all internal and external communications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the MD with daily administrative duties and completes a variety of administrative task that includes managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
  • Conduct research on prospective clients and financial information required to meet client needs as well as improving the organizational processes.
  • Draft reports, letters, proposals, prepare and coordinate oral and written communication with clients and prospects.

Job Summary

  • We require the services as a Graphics Designer, to ensure the production of designs that meet the requirement of the organization, working with the marketing team and social media team to ensure that designs created communicate the values of the organization and meet the needs per time.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all administrative aspect of productions, including preparing final designs for presentation, checking and approving color, copy, text format separation and scaling image for print production.
  • Design layout and produce artwork such as graphics, maps, charts, poster signs and report covers.
  • Coordinate relationship with vendors, preparing specifications and obtaining estimates for final approval.
