PRIMERO Transport Services Limited was launched on the 12th of November, 2015 by His Excellency Mr. Akinwumi ‘Dapo Ambode, the executive Governor of Lagos State at Majidun depot. It’s full operation commenced on 13th November, 2015. Operation commenced on our approved routes with 434 Youtong high capacity buses.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement
  • Maintain account payable and receivables records – Invoice posting, payable and receivable reporting
  • Reconcile ticket vendor account – daily revenue reconciliation, revenue reporting, machine balances report.
  • Prepare monthly diesel expense analysis report
  • Raise internal memos and prepare bank instructions for vendor payments
  • Petty cash management
  • Tax management- withholding tax and VAT.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting and Finance. Minimum 2.1
  • Relevant Professional Certification e.g ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA will be added advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years.

Functional / Technical:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Relevant ERP – Quickbooks.

 

Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide on-going reports
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Education/ Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be added advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience including Transport Operations and administration experience
  • Minimum of 1 years supervisory experience

Job Title: Intelligent Transport Systems Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Tracking and monitoring of the company’s buses at all time with the use of Intelligent Transport System
  • Reporting of any vehicle discrepancies/route deviations to the relevant Manager.
  • Submission of daily vehicle delivery/tracking reports and weekly Violation report.
  • Testing of vehicle tracking units on a weekly basis.
  • Assisting with dispatch planning & fleet control
  • Vehicle tracking and Drivers debriefing
  • Preparing Intelligent Transport System report
  • Monitoring all drivers performance with the use of Intelligent Transport System
  • Ensuring strict compliance with company regulations by drivers on route schedule and speed limit.
  • Identifying on-road exceptions and taking immediate remedial action
  • Coordinating and responding to emergency situations
  • Liaising with drivers, operations personnel and management
  • Developing and presenting daily management reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
  • Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience including Transport Operations and administration experience
  • Minimum of 1 years supervisory experience.
