Job Description
- A multinational company based in Lagos Nigeria but with presence in other countries is seeking to recruit a versatile Senior Management Consultant.
- The Consultant will primarily be concerned with the strategy, structure, management and operations of the company, and will be required to consistently deliver initiatives that will create value, maximise growth and improve business performance; provide objective advice and expertise, and help the organization in identifying and recruiting top-notch personnel and experts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or any other related field. An MBA or a Masters Degree is essential.
- Candidate must have extensive management and leadership experience, preferably at CEO or Enterprise leadership level of multinational businesses.
- A minimum of 25 years’ experience with at least 15 at Executive Management level preferably in Banking, FMcG, Telecommunications and Oil & Gas industries,
- A proven track-record managing cross4unctional projects and programs within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Experience in headhunting of senior staff and experts will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, Must be capable of conveying information to collaborating parties in a simple, clear and concise, manner
- Strong attention to detaiL
- Robust relationship management skills across different levels of the organization.
- Ability to operate windows applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required (Ms. Word, Power Point, and Excel).
- Candidate must be a minimum of 50 years of age
- Capability to proactively Identify potential gaps within an organization that may negatively impact profitability, analyze the structure of such gaps develop and execute preventive strategies.
- Strong executive hiring, talent retention and succession planning skills,
- Strong presentation and influencing skills.
- Ability to organize and facilitate executive strategy and planning sesslon.

- The company offers attractive and competitive remuneration packages. Other terms and conditions will be subject to discussion and agreement between the parties.
