Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Team Lead)

Job Description
- You will be working as our Senior Software Engineer in our Tech Division which is now composed of 15 people worldwide. You will be based in Lagos and working with our engineering team based in Paris.
- Your mission is to develop new features for our customers based in emerging countries in order to improve the services of our Android application.
- Your goal is to build the new digital bank for emerging countries.
We are waiting for you to work on:
- Developing new features (ex: wallet),
- Decreasing the time spent fixing and maintaining already shipped features,
- Improving an infrastructure which can handle over 2M clients.
Our Technical Stack:
- Our customer product is an android application;
- It communicates with a Ruby on Rails backend (sikekiq, rspec);
- Our ML pipeline is an API-flask (Python);
- We are hosted on AWS: we use Elastic Beanstalk, a RDS Aurora mysql database, S3, Kinesis (data-stream, firehose);
- Prototype of a data warehouse on GCP (GCS, BigQuery, Cloud Composer);
- We have automated tests that run on Travis.
Preferred Experience
- You have >5 years of experience in backend,
- You must have led a team of engineers for no less than 2 years – also handled mentoring and onboarding of new software developers,
- You must have led a technical project from specification to delivery,
- You are able to code in a backend language (Ruby on Rails or Python or node.js or Go or Php or Java…)
- You have knowledge/ experience with AWS or GCP cloud providers,
- You are able to go to the most efficient solution,
- You know how to take initiatives.

Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description
- You will be working as our Senior Business Intelligence Analyst within the BI department, under the product division. You will work closely with members of the data analysis team made of 3 people: Sid & Xiaoyu (business analytics) and Nkem (user researcher). You will be based in Nigeria, Lagos at our office.
- Your mission will be to help the company grow using tactical data, and be more competitive in the fintech environment. You will support the business by looking for new data opportunities [determine market trends, gather information on competitors, study company’s own data]; define an analytics strategy and make it available for everyone in the company.
We are waiting for you to:
- Define analytics needs of every stakeholder, and translate them into automatable reports and / or data models
- Research new data sources and build user cases to propose specifications and rules for integration
- Create strong relationship with all internal stakeholders and propose solution to their problems
Qualifications
Education Level:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Experience:
- You must have a solid track record of achievement (academic, professional, and/or sport);
- You have 5-10 years of working experience; with at least 5 years in Analytics
- You must have worked / be working in the FinTech industry, and on emerging markets is a plus;
- You must have held a similar title such as Business Analyst, Analytics Manager, Finance Analyst, Senior Data Analyst;

Job Title: Head of Fundraising Nigeria
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description
- Your mission is to nurture and build FairMoneys relationships with HNIs, banks and financials institutions in order to provide FM with liquidity at all times. Your are responsible for local debt fundraising for our NGN subsidiary. You will be reporting directly to our CEO.
You will be working on:
- Local Naira debt fundraising for the subsidiary with banks, HNIs, Pension Funds,
- Managing the regulator,
- Managing forex and all other network financial matters,
- Managing the PnL in Nigeria.
Preferred Experience
- Education Level: Master’s Degree
- You have between 5 to 10 year experience in the Nigerian financial sector,
- You have at least 3 years experience in a managing position,
- You have at least 7 years in dealmaking,
- You have strong knowledge in corporate finance and legal packaging,
- You have a good understanding of financial modelling,
- You have a good command of Excel and PPT.
