Job Title: Ice Cream Maker
Location: Akwa Ibom
Job Description
- Ensure the highest quality product by performing all required procedures, quality checks and documentation to meet specifications.
- Disassemble, clean/sanitize and reassemble all required equipment.
- Continuously improve/optimize current products and processes according to business needs and supply situation and/or implementation of initiatives. Develop, improve, maintain, and sustain our products, process standards, and specifications.
- Measure and supervise critical control points and make appropriate process changes to keep process running in control.
- Operate and troubleshoot equipment.
- Speak directly with co-workers on issues, discuss ideas with others, encourage performance in others, give feedback when needed, and train new employees when applicable.
- Conduct required quality checks on product.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Engagement/Contribute to Safety and Quality minded culture by speaking up, being mindful, get involved, abiding by company policy.
Job Requirements
- Must have good knowledge of how to make ice cream /Gelato
- Excellent organizational skill is also required.
- Must have at least 1 year experience in mixing and making different ice cream.
- Competent in operating ice cream machines
- Proven work experience as Ice cream maker.
- Minimum Qualification: OND
- Experience: 1 – 2 years.
