Job Title: Head of Sales & Business Development
Location: Abuja
Unit: Sales and Business Development
Reports to: Managing Director
Main Function
- Responsible for product development, marketing and sales force compliance for the delivery of the division’s solutions and services to customers and clients.
Role Responsibilities
- Get information on all products we offer and prepare accurate sales forecast and sales cycle reporting including sales opportunities reports and budgets.
- Achieved Actual Target set ( Monthly and Quarterly).
- Conduct market surveys, monitor the competition and ensure brand equity.
- Organize adverts and promotions, set up and maintain media relationship.
- To set product agenda and derived targets
- To maintain sales database, records of all leads and to update marketing personnel on all prospects and leads
- Conduct product training for sales and marketing staff and also presentations
- Assist in periodic appraisals to assess employee performance
- Ensure publicity, press release and media presence
- To create and produce product mementoes, souvenirs, banners, flyers, brochures and sales collaterals
- Conduct price review through market information costing.
- Conduct routine market research on specifics as directed to include information on customers and competitors.
- Develop market related pricing system and establish effective product and market monitoring system.
- Responsible for all marketing and promotional activities to be completed on time and within budget
- Act as an ambassador for the company including support required during sales events or promotions
- Coordinate and manage all sales and marketing activity for the divisions.
- Responsible for revenue generation across products and ensure yields across products strategies top get their individual products into the market.
- Coordinate the division to ensure process flow from the sales team, software engineers, support team, social media team to mention a few.
- Participates in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives
- Keep a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margin and profitability.
- Co-ordinate sales commissions posturing and sharing ensuring it’s done according to the company’s policy
- Reviews operations and plans to meet requirements for sales planning and ascertain outsourcing requirements to develop new markets
- Coordinate all products to competitive and acceptable levels
- Organize adverts and promotions, set up and maintain media relationship with the marketing and social media team.
- Manages the sales database, records of all leads and to update marketing personnel on all prospects and leads
- Supervise the business development and sales team to review market information and product costing
- Develop market related pricing system and establish effective product and market monitoring system.
- Works well with team leads for project summary reports, delivers presentations to management
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications / Experience
- A B.Sc. in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years in a Sales role in Telecommunication, ICT.
- At least 4 years in a managerial role.

Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Location: Lagos
Unit: Corporate Services
Reports to: Head, Human Resources
Main Function
- The Human Resource Assistant is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide support to HR Manager and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
- Assist in staff recruitment by posting jobs and scheduling interviews.
- Provide information and assistance to staff, Managers on human resource and work related issues.
- Welcome new employees to the organization by coordinating orientation, paper work and settling
- Provide payroll information by collating time and attendance records
- Maintain employee information by updating the current HR database and files
- Assist in periodic appraisals to assess employee performance
- Performing file audit to ensure all required employee documents are collected and filed
- Completing Exit clearance paper work and assisting with exit interviews
- Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager and Management
- Training of Staff
Qualifications / Experience
- A BSc in relevant field.
- Minimum of 0 – 3 years professional experience in similar role.

- Understanding of relevant legislation laws, policies and procedures
