We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Marketing Manager, Insurance
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- 4 years proven work experience in same industry or similar
- Must have Sales acumen in increasing business
- Understanding the industry policies and products inside and out is vital
- Must be proficient at educating and coaching
- Must possess Leadership skills
- Providing excellent customer service
- Uses of Office suite software (including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Customer relationship management software (such as Insurance Technologies Foresight Enterprise)
Responsibilities
- Sales of Insurance to new client and exiting
- Set monetary targets for the sales team
- Manage operations and productivity at sales dept.
- Create and modify procedures and documents related to policies.
- Assist clients in claims management.
- Identify and analyze risks associated with policies.
- Achieve target budgets.
- Minimize risk of financial loss.
- Manage insurance data for reports.
- Determine premium rates.
- Ascertain cash reserves necessary to ensure payment of future benefits.
