What You Will Do
- Generating ideas for features with writing staff;
- Commissioning articles from freelance and in-house writers;
- Writing articles where necessary;
- Editing and rewriting articles, some of which may be rejected or returned to the writer for revision;
- Coordinating Photographic content;
- Organizing meetings with writers and artists to discuss ideas for artwork, layout and features

What You Will Do
- You will manage and produce events from beginning to end for our internal and external clients, including timelines and critical path management and top-notch execution.
- Manage and resource vendors, partners, and other third parties, and heavily interact with the client, including scheduling and leading status calls and meetings.
- You will be responsible for the complete attendee experience including website registration build outs and registration experience for all constituencies; managing agenda timing and flow of events and all the production elements, and negotiating contracts and manage suppliers including managing all aspects of venue coordination.

- You will have been doing a similar corporate role for at least 3 years and have had exposure of managing multiple events from a dinner for 8 people in a unique venue, to a global conference for 500 people.

- You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and are comfortable working with the executives, collaborating with people across the organization and with your suppliers.

- We require a resourceful individual to fill the role of Distribution Representative Intern; you will be working with Prestige magazine by ToLet and ensure the magazine is distributed to all designated channels.
What You Will Do
- Ensure the execution of distribution strategy
- Conducting research and liaising with key industry players
- Ensure best-practice approach is adhered to at all times
- Delivering publication to listed channels and establishing new channels
- Working effectively with the team and with channels to ensure delivery is in line with stated objectives
- Developing contacts in distribution channels to achieve excellent market deployment
- Maintaining strong relationships to ensure collaboration and assistance across market
- Demonstrating excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Planning effective strategies to maximize product visibility
