Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams
- Must be creative and innovative
- Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
- The officer must have a “thick skin” to be able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers.
- The officer will maintain a well compartmentalised database of customer contact information.
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Promote company’s product
- Resolving product or service queries in a timely manner by identifying customer needs, clarifying
- The officer is responsible for managing the company’s social media platform
- The officer will send seasonal greetings to customers via text messages and emails.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in same role
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Must have good social media skills
- Should have basic Graphic knowledge
- Excellent computer skills
