Job Description
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams
- The officer is responsible for managing the companyТs social media platform
- Must be creative and innovative
- Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- The officer must have a Уthick skin” to be able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers.
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Promote companyТs product
- Resolving product or service queries in a timely manner by identifying customer needs, clarifying
- The officer will maintain a well compartmentalize database of customer contact information.
- The officer will send seasonal greetings to customers via text messages and emails.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc in relevant field
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Must have good social media skills
- Should have basic Graphic knowledge
- Excellent computer skills.
