Job Description

• Ensuring operations are conducted in accordance with the Chain or Responsibility
• Program and HSSE processes;
• Scheduling of transport vehicles (including Sub Contractors) to maximise cost effectiveness and efficiency;
• Entering data into the Transport Management System to enable accurate invoicing and KPI reporting;
• Ensuring company vehicles and trailers are available for routine maintenance;
• Liaising with Customers, Sub Contractors and Drivers on service and delivery issues; and
• Achieving customer KPI’s and delivery requirements.

• Management of inventory lists.
• Receiving and dispatching goods schedule and verification of stock movement.
• Checking purchase orders against stock levels.
• Preparing delivery schedules.
