Job Description
- We are seeking to employ the services of a Customer Experience Manager to oversee the Hospital’s Customer Service, Contact Centre and Issue resolution activities.
Responsibility
- Ensure that the Hospital’s customers (corporate and individual) are happy with the level of service being provided to them across all points (channels) of interaction with the business.
Requirements
- Experience serving in a customer service role is a must, and past experience working in the same capacity in a hospital is a plus
- Candidates who are Warri based.
Job Title: Digital and Content Marketer
Location: Delta
Responsibility
- Drive the Hospital’s digital reputation marketing across multiple digital channels, via a consistent content publication that positions the Hospital favourably in the mind of its stakeholders.
Requirements
- Verifiable Experience in the same capacity with great track record and results
- Candidates who are Warri based.
