An IT Systems Integrator and ICT Infrastructure Solutions Provider is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Support Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT), Nigeria

Brief Summary

  • This individual will be responsible to ensure that existing and newly generated clients have their technical issues resolved via support tickets in a fast and professional manner complying to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).

Role Specific Competencies/Soft Skills/Qualification

  • B.Sc Degree in Computer Science (Minimum 2:2)
  • Stakeholder Management skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Effective technical support skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Proficient with remote management applications, Team Viewer and other technical support tools
  • Minimum of 2-years IT sales experience
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good people management skills
  • Effective time and process management skills

Responsibilities

  • Responding to support tickets from clients and colleagues within agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Resolving support tickets in a fast and professional manner
  • Keeping support requester updated on the progress of resolving their support ticket
  • Documenting support ticket and resolution for monthly performance review
  • Ensuring all support coming in on emails, phones and conversations is logged in the support system
  • Feedback any important client information to Client Services Team and/or Technical Support Team
  • Closely working with Business Development Managers and Partner Account Managers on technical presentations to clients if required
