Job Title: Accountant / Admin Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess B.Sc / HND
- 4 – 6 years experience
Responsibilities
- Preparing accounts and tax returns administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
- Auditing financial information
- Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
- Analysing accounts and business plans
- Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation
- Financial forecasting and risk analysis
- Negotiating the terms of business deals and moves with clients and associated organisations
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
- Deal with client/referred employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Assist in the recruitment processes in sourcing candidates and update.
