Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in any discipline
- Minimum 4-7years of experience in the hospitality industry inclusive of restaurant culinary operations.
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Strong Inventory management skills
- Demonstrates strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and implement solutions.
- Must possess strong communication and listening skills
- Candidates must be available to resume immediately
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Organize and supervise shifts Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Provide a consistently high quality product and service to customers
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
