United Geophysical (Nigeria) Limited is Nigeria’s oldest oil service company having began operations in the western Niger Delta in the early 1960’s and incorporated as a limited liability company in 1971. The company has over 50 years of continuous operations specialising in land and 
swamp 2D, 3D and 4D seismic data acquisition and has conducted seismic surveys for all the major oil companies operating in Nigeria.

United Geophysical (Nigeria) Limited is seeking to engage a  suitable and qualified candidates with good working knowledge of International shipping by Air and Sea for our operation in Nigeria in the positions  below:

Job Title: Experienced Seismic Surveyor 
Ref: SUR-17
Location: Nigeria
Qualification 

• Applicants must posses a minimum of Second Class University Degree in Topographic Surveying with at least 3 years experience in GP Seismic software, static & real time mode and 3D geophysical survey.
• Candidates must be computer literate and have good presentation skills

Job Title: Experienced Shipping Officer
Ref: SO/C-17
Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Contract 
Applicants will be Responsible for: 

• Importation and exportation of equipment by air and sea
• Liaising with suppliers from the purchase of equipment to shipping and delivery of equipment
• Customs clearance for all items coming into the country
• Coordinating transportation for the dispatch of equipment to the crews
• Any other related task as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements 

• A minimum of Second Class University Degree in any related field
• Between 3-5 years experience in procurement and logistics
• Candidates must be computer literate
• Candidates must be dedicated, reliable and good team players.

Remuneration 

• Compensation package to be offered to the successful candidate in the above position will be negotiated depending on experience and capability.
