Job Title: Chief Medical Director
Location: South-South Region of Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Chief Medical Officer is the chief executive officer of the hospital and is accountable to the Board of the hospital.
- He / She shall also be responsible for the formulation and execution of the policy thrust and day-to-day management of the hospital. He / She shall be expected to meet specific deliverables at specified timelines.
- Successful applicant shall be expected to run the hospital profitably and make it the hub of high-end medical care in the country to assist in curbing medical tourism
Requirements
Interested persons shall possess the following minimum qualification/ Requirements:
- Basic Medical Degree of MBBS, MBBCh or equivalent registrable with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
- Be registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and possess a current practicing license.
- Be at least 15 years post-graduation.
- Be a Fellow of either the National Post-Graduate Medical College of Nigeria or West African Post-Graduate College or equivalent, registrable by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Consultant.
- Applicant must not be more than 60 years of age.
- Applicant should be a person of proven integrity with adherence to high ethical standards.
- Applicant must have a good knowledge of, and be versatile in, Information Communication Technology (ICT).
- Additional qualification in any of the following: Hospital management, Personnel management, Financial management or business management would be an added advantage
- Cognate experience in the successful management of a hospital of similar standard or management of a standard and large private corporation would also be an added advantage.
Job Title: Director of Clinical Services and Training
Location: South-South Region of Nigeria
Responsibilities
- The Director of Clinical Services and Training shall be responsible for the day to day execution of clinical, duties in the hospital. He shall also be responsible for training and research and ensure the strict adherence to the highest ethical standards in the hospital. He shall be accountable to the Chief Medical Director and the Board of the hospital. He / She shall be expected to meet specific deliverables at specified timelines.
- Successful applicant shall be expected to run clinical services in the hospital, under the direction of the CMD, profitably and make it the hub of high-end medical care in the country to assist in curbing medical tourism
Minimum Requirements
Interested persons should possess the following minimum qualification/ requirements:
- Basic Medical Degree of MBBS, MBBCh or equivalent registrable with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
- Be registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and possess a current practicing license.
- Be at least 12 years post-graduation.
- Be a Fellow of either the National Post-Graduate Medical College of Nigeria or West African Post-Graduate College or equivalent registrable by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).

Minimum Requirements
Interested persons should possess the following qualification/requirements:
- Must be a holder of good B.Sc Degree from any recognized institution in any of the disciplines: Hospital / Health Services Management, Humanities or Social Science
- Must have at least 15 years cognate experience with the last 3 to 5 in a similar position.
- Must be acquainted with administrative duties and techniques of Personnel Management. Experience in hospital environment would be an added advantage.
- Membership of a professional body: Fellow or, Associate of the institute of Health Service Administrators of Nigeria (IHSAN), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) or any other relevant professional certificate is an added advantage.
- Must have been on at Least salary grade Level 15 and above (Directorate level) in previous employment
- Must have a sound mind with proven integrity.
- Must not be more than 55 years of age
- Must have a good public relation attribute
- An applicant must have a good knowledge of, and be versatile in, Information and Communications Technology
Job Title: Director of Finance
Location: South-South Region of Nigeria
Minimum Requirements
Interested persons should possess the following qualification/ requirements:
- Must possess a good first degree in Accountancy / Banking and Finance.
- Possession of a relevant advanced degree is an added advantage
- Must have a relevant professional certificate and belong to an appropriate professional body: ICAN or ANAN etc.
- Applicant should have at least 15 years cognate experience.
- Applicant must not be more than 55 years of age.
- Applicant must be an individual with proven integrity.
- Must have been on at Least salary grade level 15 and above (Directorate level) in previous employment

Job Title: Director of Corporate Affairs and Public Relations
Location: South-South Region of Nigeria
Duties and Responsibilities
- He / She shall be responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing the hospital’s market and Public Relations strategy to build relationships and communicate a positive image & the brand of the hospital. Specifically, the Director shall amongst others, be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing appropriate Corporate Affairs strategies, programmes, and policies for all stakeholders to achieve positive image & brand to the external public.
- Managing the production and dissemination of information with targeted publics through appropriate channels in line with the corporate mission and vision.
- Leading the implementation of the hospitals media-relations strategy to enhance good will and positive coverage for the hospital.
- Developing and managing an effective Protocol
- Managing the development and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility programmes.
- Developing and implementing crisis management strategies to alleviate crisis and maintain positive reputation.
- Advising senior management on key strategic communications to uphold a positive image and reputation for the Hospital.
- Develop creative communication and implement digital marketing strategies in line with the hospitals objectives.
- Build brand through relationship management and strategic communications.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with alt stakeholders.
Qualification and Experience
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Communications or Marketing Graduates in our field must possess requisite experience with proven track record. A Masters degree would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in similar position, i.e. Brand management, marketing, Public Relations and Communications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding on how to use marketing tools and techniques to increase visibility, profile and reputation of an organization.
- Good understanding of the use of social and traditional media.
- Strategic and creative thinking.
- Ability to conduct robust research.
