Eden Solutions & Resources Limited – Our client, a reputable health fitness organization in Abuja is currently looking to recruit experienced professionals to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role

• Planning, implementing and evaluating human resource policies, programs and practices
• Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program, counselling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, recommending changes
• Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent.
• Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Tech savvy and knowledge of MS Software.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Human Resources Manager.
• Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law, compensation and wage structure.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
