Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Location: Rivers

Job Description

  • To monitor and report on the company’s inventory.
  • The job is key since the efficient handling of the company’s products and supplies is critical for the attainment of business goals.
  • The goal is to ensure that all business operations have adequate material to achieve their objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
  • Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages.
  • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
  • Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory.
  • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
  • Analyze data to anticipate future needs.
  • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships.
  • Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
  • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
  • Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances.
  • Verifying accurate standard costs.
  • Monitoring inventory transactions.
  • Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger.
  • Preparing monthly journal entries as needed.
  • Special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as inventory manager/Coordinator or similar position.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP).
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
  • An analytical mind with strong math skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
  • B.Sc/BA in Accounting,business administration or logistics.
  • Candidates must have accounting experience and relevant certifications.

Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Location: Ekiti

Job Description

  • The territory sales manager is responsible for managing all sales activities within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Building the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques.
  • Targeting potential customers and assessing opportunities for sales.
  • Arranging meetings with potential customers and selling product offerings.
  • Analyzing competitor activities in the region and assessing opportunities for business development.
  • Working to revenue targets and KPI’s as set by the sales director.
  • Networking with businesses in the territory and building relationships.
  • Attending relevant industry events and conferences to build business.
  • Chasing sales leads from other members of the company.
  • Working closely with other territory sales manager’s and national account managers.
  • Putting together sales strategies to target large accounts.
