Job Description
- Recruiting, training, and supervising Loungestaff.
- Suggesting new menu items based on customers’ preferences and feedback.
- Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers.
- Ensuring that all Lounge expenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease operational costs.
- Receiving delivered Lounge supplies and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered.
- Preparing weekly work schedules for staff and finding suitable replacements in cases of staff absence.
- Taking inventory of coffee supplies and ordering new stock as needed.
- Resolving customer complaints regarding servicequality and customer service.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess OND, HND or B.Sc qualification with minimum of 3years work experience.
