Financial Reporting Accountant Vacancy in a Multinational Manufacturing Company

Aldelia Group – Our client, a multinational manufacturing company is currently looking to fill the role of:

Job Title: Financial Reporting Accountant

Location: Lagos

Competencies

• Proficiency in the use of SAP (ideally SAP B1)
• Experienced in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS reporting standards and requirements
• Experience with financial analysis, forecasting and modelling
• Experience with internal controls and account analysis / reconciliations
• Experience in supporting the budgeting process
• Proficient in the use of MS Office packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Integrity
• Great interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Drive and resilience

Qualifications

• B.Sc./HND Accounting, minimum of second class upper division
• Chartered Accountant – ACA/ACCA
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance and Financial Reporting Roles (including a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience)
• Experience in any of the Big Four accounting firms
