Job Description
- We are looking for an HR Manager to lead our HR team. This involves taking ownership ofHR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Payroll management and administration
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Full Lifecycle Recruiting
- Training, counseling, and coaching employees
- Learning and Development Management
- Conflict resolution and management.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Leading a team of junior human resource managers.
- Performance Review and Management
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
Specification
- A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration or other Business / Personnel related courses
- An MSc OR MBA is an added advantage
- Possession of CIPM, SHRM, CIPD or other HR certificationsis aplus
- A minimum of 6 years Human Resource experience
- Ability to design and implement strategies and policies
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization.
Salary
N150,000 – N170,000 / month.
