Job Title: Pastry Chef

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Summary

  • Responsible for preparing all Pastry items for the cafe
  • Responsible for baking cakes and other deserts
  • Develop menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes
  • Maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum of SSCE certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and process management skills.
  • Qualification in Culinary Arts from an accredited culinary school is preferred
  • 5 – 10 years’ experience as PastryChef
  • Must be able to read and write in English
