We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resource/Admin Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Supervises and mentors HR/Admin staff in the delivery of HR, facilities, supplier/contractor, and third party services providers in support of business operations.
- Manages the development and implementation of process manuals and policies within the organisation.
- Responsible for business and operations support, office management, facilities management, vendor and supplier management issues.
- Supervises the set-up and day to day delivery of office management.
- Initiates and implements performance management, training, disciplinary measures etc
Skills:
- Be self – directed and motivated.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Tact and discretion when dealing with people and confidential information
- Take initiative to identify and anticipate organization’s needs and make recommendations for implementation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- Qualification: HND or Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years as an HR/Admin generalist.
