Job Description
- Answering customers questions on products and services.
- Welcome customers and greet them in a friendly and warm manner.
- Comply with inventory control procedures.
- Suggest and plan ways to improves sales.
- Offering assistance to customers and rendering advise on services/products.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and following up on feedback.
Education / Skills
- B.Sc / HND in any field of study from a reputable institution.
- 0-3 years work experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great Customer management skills.
- Great team work and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure.
- Excellent organisation and problem solving skills.
