Job Description
- Source for Property Developers to sell company’s product to.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Targeted business development
- Identifying new sales opportunities with existing accounts.
- Identify and capture potential new customers to develop new business opportunities.
- Work on existing developers to ensure retention.
- Ensure Key clients retention through effective customer relationship management
- Maximizing sales in designated region areas
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner;
- Able to handle difficult conversations effectively.
- Knowledge of MS office.
- High negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Database management and record keeping;
- Speaking: Ability to talk to others to convey information effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years Professional Sales Experience.
