Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO.
Job Description
We seek to engage the services of a Personal Assistant for our CEO. The job is multi-locational, mostly domiciled in the Lekki Phase 1 district.
Job Details:
Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm.
No weekend work required except if there are extraneous circumstances.
Qualifications
Applicants must have:
(i) a calm disposition,
(ii) at least 3 years cognate experience with a provable track record,
(iii) Bachelor’s Degree or Strong Higher National Diploma
(iv) Microsoft Excel compliance
(v) advanced administrative skills,
(vi) Competence in Document filtering, processing and storage
(vii) ability to multitask.
