Job Title: Facility Officer

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 3 years work experience.
• Good Negotiation skills
• Planning and Management skills
• Attention to details
• Strong analytical skills
• Good supervision skills.
• Well-versed in technical/angineering operations and facilities management best practices.
• Ability to work with AutoCad.
• Organization, time management, prioritizing and ability to handle a complex, varied workload.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a high-risk security environment
• Must have a good knowledge of IT packages.
• 3 years’ work experience (Preferably in Civil works/Building Maintenance)
• Position is not gender sensitive.
• May entail long hours and some weekends.
• Ability to prepare Bill of Quantities.
