Job Description
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
- Manage and update customer databases.
- Build Sustainable Relationships with customers
- Follow up customers call where required.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND, NCE, OND with 0 – 2 years of experience
- Verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- English proficiency
