Job Title: Project Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Brief
- Coordinate and Supervise all types of short- and long-term projects, ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
- Performing various tasks such as risk management, administrative duties, project documentation and financial queries
- This role is designed to support end-to-end planning, design, build and of life experiences and events.
Requirements
- First Degree in Architecture, Quantity Survey, Building Technology or other related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Supervisor
- Must be Tech Savvy
- Ability to multi-task across multi-faceted projects
- Able to adapt to change and respond positively when faced with new challenges
- Ability to multi-task across multi-faceted projects
- Good communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparing and updating project administration documents, timelines, meeting notes, external contractor briefs, status reports and financial reports.
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set deadlines.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
