Job Title: Housekeeper
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Brief
- Responsible for making sure all the rooms and environment assigned are clean, neat, and tidy.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
- Making sure all rooms are cleaned and in tip top condition for new arrivals and existing guests.
- Working quickly and efficiently so guests aren’t left hanging around.
- Being able to use the equipment safely and efficient.
- Report to work in uniform at posted scheduled times.
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
Qualifications / Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have valid HUET or BOSIET certifications
- Minimum of 3 years working experience.
- Minimum of OND certificate.
Skills:
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Equipment knowledge
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Time Management.
