Job Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND.
- 5+ years’ experience in Sales of Automobiles.
- Proven Mechanical qualification.
- A problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivated and driven by targets.
- Resilience.
- Ability to follow established procedures and practices.
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written.
- Numerical skills.
- Ability to analyze demographic information from nearby regions to determine worthwhile territories.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, generate qualified leads.
- Develop & initiate field sales process in allocated territory.
- Build & maintain relationship with existing customers.
- Generate new Key Account customers.
- Meet set sales revenue & ABP.
- Develop & Implement marketing activities in allocated territory.
- Prepare daily, quarterly sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company’s standard operating procedures & customer engagement.
- Apply understanding of market trends & competition activities with necessary initiative of enhancing sales process.
- Apply adequate product knowledge in resolving customer objections and complaints.
