Job Title: B2B Sales Executive
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Job Summary
- PrepClass Nigeria is looking to hire an energetic and target-driven B2B Key account manager to present, promote and achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration for the Company by effectively selling its educational textbooks and digital products within an assigned territory.
- Personally contacts and secures new customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs and establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services(lab equipment, uniforms, computers, etc)to other businesses and most especially to schools using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Conducting research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customers needs
- Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the Company’s products/services.
- Obtains, establishes new accounts and services orders by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales opportunities.
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Create a strategic territory plan to achieve territory goals for growth and expansion.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Submits clear and effective written proposals.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and delivery schedules.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management, as appropriate.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies, as appropriate.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum of HND qualification in Business or related course
- Solid knowledge of sales management and B2B sales.
- Time management skills and proven ability to negotiate
- Creative, has initiative, and can constructively advocate on behalf of their clients internally
- Not less than 2 years of experience.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Good communication skills
Salary
N85,000 monthly with an added commission based on performance.
